Fazing through blocks partially when knocked back by damage

While playing the preview to see the copper golem. I experienced this bug. I was underground in an abandoned mineshaft when I was getting attacked by zombies. As they were hitting my as my back was against a wall, my head was partially fazing into the block above and also in the blocks behind me
