The textures for any armor makes it look like it has a smithing template when it does not

Steps to reproduce:

1. apply a smithing template to any armor

2. look at any other armor in your inventory (you might have to pick it up via clicking on it)

3. observe how it has the texture overlay

Expected result:

the armor looks normal

Actual result:

the armor item texture has a smithing template overlay

(I am not sure if this is patched but it was there before Chase the Skies)
