Can’t join realms with actions and stuff activated

I am hosting a realm and all of my friends can join until I add actions and stuff, we played around with our packs and determined that actions and stuff it the root cause. Joining results in a texture less screen and freezing of the game resulting in the game crashing or needing to be restarted. This is on the current version of action and stuff 1.5 as well as previous versions
