Spawning a copper golem in horizontal orientation causes it to revert to the first stage

When you spawn the copper golem horizontally with exposed, weathered, and oxidized variants, the copper golem and the chest included with it revert back to the first stage of the copper.

Expected: When spawned horizontally, the copper golem and chest inherits the current stage of the copper block.

Actual: The copper golem and chest revert back to the first stage.
