The bloom effect is lost from the sun in non vibrant visuals

I’d like to report a graphics bug in the non-vibrant visuals (Fancy and Simple Graphics). The sun no longer has a bloom effect during sunset and sunrise. In version 1.20.82, the bloom effect was still visible, but now it’s completely gone. Meanwhile, the moon still has the bloom effect in the current version. This really affects the visual quality of Fancy Graphics. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
