Incredible Lag since the most recent update

Ever since the most recent update for Minecraft Pocket Edition (1.1.0), I have been experiencing some very intense lag, I have tryed to fix it in many ways, I have turned my render distance down to 6 Chunks, killed all entities, and even redownloaded the game, I also noticed that it started to get worse as time went on, the first day it was alright, then it started to get worse and worse, and now it gets super frustrating to even play the game, please fix this soon Mojang!
