Snow Layer Limit

The snow layer is limited as now it is being limited from becoming a full block by fill command, as on the old version it used to be working, now instead u must craft a full snow block to make a full one, and it is now unrealistic as there's no longer tall snow layers. Because it would break after layered a few times
