Sky and Clouds Become Gray When Joining the World

When I loading into my survival world in Minecraft Bedrock, the sky and clouds appear gray even though it's daytime and there is no storm or weather. I'm not using any resource packs that change the sky. This only started recently and doesn't go away unless I use a bed or restart the game.
