What happens:
Black, square-shaped graphical artifacts appear on the surface of water, especially when viewed from a
distance.
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Minecraft with Vibrant Visuals enabled.
Enter any world and locate a large body of water (e.g., an ocean or a large lake).
Find a viewpoint and look out across the water towards the horizon.
Observe the surface of the water in the distance.
Expected Result:
The water surface should render smoothly and correctly without any visual glitches.
Actual Result:
Black, square-shaped artifacts are visible on the distant water surface, disrupting the normal appearance.
Additional Notes:
This issue has been happening since the recent graphics update (Vibrant Visuals). To troubleshoot, I have
confirmed the game is running "vanilla" without any resource packs loaded. My system is a laptop equipped
with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Laptop GPU. The issue still persists as of today.
I have noticed others are experiencing this same issue, also with a 5070 Ti (it is unconfirmed if they are
using a laptop or desktop version). Here is a link to a Reddit thread discussing it:
