Happy Ghast’s speed it unaffected by anything.

When I was playing Minecraft Bedrock On my iPad, I was messing around with speed effects on Ghasts. When I ran a command on a command block (255 speed for 255 seconds), everything was fast including the ghast’s speed until I rode the ghast which slowed it down again to normal SLOW speed. This means that speed potions or anything like that don’t actually affect the speed? Feels like a bug. To replicate it, just run a command increaseIng all entity speeds and see when you ride it with a harness that the speed doesn’t change.
