Unintended sounds when thorns are used

When thorns does damage to a mob or a player, it makes the sound of putting on armor (Same armor sound as armor worn, ex: Diamond armor with thorns makes sound of putting on diamond armor) Not only that, it also makes a weird sound that kind of sounds like a ghast. Both these sounds happen at the same time.

How to replicate:

Put on any type of armor with any level of thorns, then get a mob to hit you. When thorns attacks back, you will hear both sounds.

Or, get a mob to put on any armor with any level of thorns, then hit the mob. You will get the same results.

Also note that hitting a mob with thorns in creative mode can create the same results. Thorns will still try to damage you, even though you're invincible.
