I’ve noticed that whenever I’ve opened a crafting table or inventory, there’s a frequent drop in fps drastically. I hope that it’s just not only been affected due to my device.

Hello, the same thing happens to me in my world, especially at chunks where there are many mobs. Plus, it's impossible craft itens fast, in previous versions like 1.18 this didn't happen.
