Broken Sky

The sky is constantly dark even during sunny days, except on the horizon where it almost seems too bright.

I'm not sure how/why this is happening or I would say how to reproduce the issue.

I do know usually when this happens, if I close out of the game completely it is fixed when I come back… that is not the case this time.
