Large spaces between each setting tab on left panel

The tabs in the Settings menu on the left are spaced very far apart with empty spaces in between.

Steps to reproduce:

Go into settings (can be either main menu or in a world)

Look at the left panel

Observed Result:

Large spaces between each tab

Expected Result:

They have very small spaces in between, like the older versions.
