Black wall moves through the world in Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.93

In Minecraft Bedrock Edition version 1.21.93 on Windows, a moving black wall appears in the world.
This happens in every newly created world, regardless of settings or seed. The rest of the world generates normally (with trees etc.), but the wall looks like a visual glitch or rendering bug.

I tested this by creating multiple new worlds – the issue occurred every time.
