Blocks are not being placed properly

Since Bedrock v1.21.80, for many players are having trouble placing blocks of any kind in quick succession and gets worse after a few hours.

How to Replicate

Try placing blocks in a straight line against a wall or in front of the player, either holding down the Place Block button or rapid clicking the button. Try the Speed effect from lv. 0 to 5

Expected Result

Blocks place as intended, deducting each block from the Hotbar.

Actual Result

After 2 blocks placed, the next blocks appear placed but disappear as if they weren't placed at all with the block stack number not decreasing.

This problem only affects Survival and not Creative, even tried it in a new world and it still persists on Console, PC, or Bedrock Realms.
