Narrator does not immediately says "your profile screen" when opening Profile screen with Text to Speech enabled

When you open Profile screen with Text to Speech enabled, it does not immediately says "your profile screen" and will only says it when you hover on any screen element (for example the Dressing Room button).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Settings > Accessibility, then enabled Text to Speech for UI

2. Open Profile screen

3. Observe

Expected results:
Narrator says "your profile screen".

Observed results:
Narrator didn't say anything until you hover on any screen element.
