Button with light bulb icon doesn't work when inside a skin pack

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Dressing Room and create a classic skin

2. Scroll to the “Get More” section

3. Click on the “+” button next to a skin pack

4. Click on the button with the light bulb icon in the bottom right corner

Observed Results:

Nothing happens.

Expected Results:

A pop-up window should appear.
