Narrator does not says "dressing room screen" when opening Dressing Room with Text to Speech enabled

When you open Dressing Room with Text to Speech enabled, it will immediately narrates the first highlighted button in the screen instead of saying the screen name first, which is "dressing room screen".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Settings > Accessibility, then enabled Text to Speech for UI

2. Open Dressing Room

3. Observe what the narrator says

Expected results:
Narrator says "dressing room screen" first, then followed by the first highlighted button in the screen.

Observed results:
Narrator immediately narrates the first highlighted button in the screen.
