Piglins can be spawned in pacific world if spawned by the egg

Bug:

While was playing minecraft in a pacific world, i used a egg of piglins and spawned the piglin and should not spawned at all but remained for a few seconds and then disappeared, in pacific mode would not allow hostille mobs and same for piglins.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open minecraft, then press play

2. Load a world in pacific, then wait to be fully loaded

3. Then, spawn a piglin by getting the egg in creative mode, then observe

Expected result

Piglin will not spawn in pacific by using a egg

Piglin will spawn by using a egg
