When Ender Dragon is killed the explosion repeats infinitely and after a while starts lagging (from 40fps to 2fps) I don’t know if this is a general bug or a internet issue but i tried on a singleplayer world and the same thing happened.

The world is played in multiplayer and since beta and preview can't play together via friends I use my phone as world host in spectator mode. There are two other players in the world, maybe is that the issue? “

Yeah, every time I open the world and go to the end the dragon reappears on the death animation and infinitely explodes at the end and doesn’t spawn the portal nor a dragon egg.

Besides of just defeating the Ender Dragon, were there any previous steps that could affects the entity behavior?
Is this issue still present after all Players are in The End?

Well, the spectator player was in the stronghold and not in the end, and at the time I was the only other player online. Also the dragon was killed with a Density 5, Unbreaking 3, Wind Burst 1 Mace, with two end crystals remaining (The caged ones). Does that help in any way? If you need I can record a video going into the end after rejoining the world.
I also experienced this exact same issue on a single-player world in Windows 11, version 1.21.100.24. I killed the dragon with a Sharpness V netherite axe.
