Not allowing me to invite friends into world or join them

The version is 1.21.93 but it says it's not an option. every time I try to invite my friends into my world it says there is a problem with connection and that multiplayer hosting as stoped

I have tried to use an alt account but it says the same thing. I have restarted and even re downloaded it more than once

And when I try to join my friends it says same thing about connection even though my wifi is good.
