Player list border renders below grey background

The player list border are rendered below the grey background, and can only be seen when the screen is fading in/out.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Screen Animations: Settings > Video > Screen Animations

2. Open pause screen

3. Observe

Expected results:
The border are rendered above the grey background.

Observed results:
The border are rendered below the grey background.
