Command /music can't work when exit a world used /music and then re-enter

Description

If you enter a world, used command /music, then exit and re-enter ANY world, you will find that /music can’t work anymore. This bug at least affects 1.21.93 or 1.21.94, but not tested in Preview 1.21.100 or higher version.

How To Reproduce

1. Enter any world which enabled command.

2. Use command /music play music.menu, like Figure 1, it can still play menu’s music now.

3. Exit the world and re-enter it, use the same command, it can’t play music anymore. Also, you will find that even if the music volume is set to 100, there is no music playing.

4. Change any usable music ID or record ID, like /music play record.otherside, it still can’t play the music.

5. Change any other world, use the same command, you will find the command /music has totally broken.
