When the Enderman teleports the block he is holding turns black and then returns to normal.

I was playing Minecraft Bedrock Hardcore when I noticed that the Enderman had a dirt block after he teleported, and the block turned black and then returned to normal. Above is a screenshot of what I think might be a bug. Thank you for your attention.
