Classic skin appears as Steve in the world if a world is opened before the skin loads in the main menu

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Sign in to a Microsoft account and equip a custom or Marketplace skin

2. Close and reopen the game

3. Open a world before your skin loads in the main menu

4. Switch to third-person view and open the pause menu

Observed Results:

The player’s skin appears as Steve in the world, but not in the pause menu. To get the skin to appear in the world, you either need to reload the world or open the Dressing Room, select a different skin, unpause the game, and then reselect your previous skin.

Expected Results:

The player’s skin should appear in the world, just like Character Creator skins.
