Colored sign texts appear black

When Vibrant Visuals enabled, colored texts on signs appear black. When glowing, they color appears.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. place a sign.

1. write something down (for example “§aTest”).

2. you’ll see that the text appears black instead of the color you set with §.
   

Expected result:
textcolor should be shown

Acutal result:

text on signs appear black (like §0 or §r)

Settings of Vibrant Visuals do not matter, the bug appears everytime VS are enabled. When disabled the bug does not occure and signs are showing colors normally.

Funny thing is, that in the main menu where you see all your worlds you see a preview of your world the color is shown normally.
