not being able to replace item chestplate with any item

idk what affects versions but /execute at @s run replaceitem entity @s slot.armor.chest 0 wind_charge doesnt work it does work for example /execute at @s run replaceitem entity @s slot.armor.chest 0 diamond_chestplate but doesnt work for any item that is not an armor and its stupid because for example feet you can equip anything head too and idk how about the legs but oyu can use offhand too btw make it already able to use offhand like in java without commands cuz its stupid at that point why wouldnt it have it figure out something
