Affected Devices:
Panasonic Tab 8 [android 9]
Huawei JAT-LX3 [EMUI 9.1 (Android 9) ]
Huawei MRD-LX3 [EMUI 9.1 (Android 9) ]
Realme C2 [Realme UI on Android 10 ]
Realme RMX1941[Realme UI on Android 10 ]
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a world on a listed device and make sure block dithering on.
Place transparent blocks or look at the player or mobs
Observed Results:
Players, mobs, and transparent blocks are not rendered properly. Their textures are showing a little like dots.
Expected Results:
Players, mobs, doors, trapdoors, grass, ladders, scaffolding, liver, redstone components, hoppers, bubbles in water, and flowers should be rendered properly.
If block dithering is off most blocks render properly except bed and mob heads
Glass block, daylight sensor, and glass pane are good, no problem.
I checked fully no mods/resource packs/behaviour packs are active

Me too, IT'S SO BAD I can't even see the block anymore, and something's happen with the touch control too, it's like it delays and so hard to look around
I'm the same, not only blocks but mobs and players are affected in the current update, I hope Mojang will fix it in the next update
I think the reason for all of this is because mojang makes anything that has alpha textures invisible when you come closer to them. Some people notice it including my brother after the latest update, when you get closer to mob or transparent block, they seem to fade into transparency, probably mojang make this feature for optimization i guess? but whether it was intentional or not, this is a very severe bug on some devices, Or maybe just android 10 and below
It happened to me too,
And i think it only happens to blocks with 3d model or alpha textured blocks.
I was updating my Minecraft and the blocks are just like that. Initially, it was only grass and flowers, but the next update, it also happens to anvil, torch, lantern, and even leaves, and they're more transparent than before.
There's a way to make leaves visible again, by changing the graphic from fancy to simple, but somehow it makes the game laggier even though it's supposed to be the opposite, or maybe it's because other blocks are glitching.
A similar bug happened in 1.19 where horses’s texture became static-like with random color.
