Point Lights Shadow Quality

I've been waiting for so long, since the vibrant visuals settings existed, where's the point light shadow quality option where you could make it off, low, medium, high, ultra. Because without it i can't get colorful lighting, and by that the lighting like soul torch have the same lights as torch
