New world won't open

I am encountering an issue where when I attempt to create a world with add-ons enabled, I get the message “There was a problem loading this world.” and returned to the home screen. At first I thought it might be add-on specific so I tried a variety by different creators, including the Minecraft Movie add-on, and the issue still persisted. I couldn’t find any way to speak to a member of staff and this problem isn’t brought up elsewhere. I did also attempt to delete and reinstall the game as well as restart the console, but it still gives me this issue. I can however create a world just fine, but if I try to add the addons afterwards the same issue appears.
