Steps to reproduce the issue
Open minecraft, then press play
Then, create a new world in version 1.21.94, then press create
Now pause the menu
Expected result
while enable the option in the settings about having pause in the menu will work
Actual result
While enable the option in the settings about having pause in the menu will not work
