Transformers DLC that I paid for constantly crashing the game.

The transformers dlc crashes the game after the first battle with Megatron every single time. I have the newest Xbox, and nothing else is running so there is absolutely no reason the DLC I paid money for shouldn’t be working. If this is not fixed soon Microsoft support will be contacted and possible further action involving the law will be taken if my money continues to be wasted.
