Custom Skin Upload Option Missing in Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.94 on Nintendo Switch

After updating to version 1.21.94 on Nintendo Switch, the gray “Blank” skin slot used for uploading custom skins is missing from the Dressing Room. I’ve tried signing out and back into my Microsoft account, restarting the game, and checking under different tabs, but the upload option is completely gone. Marketplace skins still load, but there’s no way to upload a PNG file anymore.
