Nether wood shelves flammable

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Nether wood shelves (crimson or warped)

2. Place fire source next to them

Expected Result:

Warped and Crimson are non-flammable woods, anything made from them is also non-flammable

Actual Result:

Warped and Crimson shelf blocks catch fire and are destroyed.
