Firefly Bush particles spawn offset/displaced from their intended position

When placing a Firefly Bush block, the particle effects that should spawn directly above the bush are instead spawning displaced/offset to one side. The particles appear to be shifted horizontally from their intended position, making the visual effect look incorrect and misaligned with the actual bush block.
