Copper golem statues can't be posed while holding an item

When holding an item in your hand, trying to right-click a copper golem statue doesn’t change its pose.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a vanilla world in Minecraft Preview

2. Place down a copper golem statue.

3. Right-click the statue with an empty hand. Note how the pose changes.

4. Now attempt to right-click the statue with an item in your hand. Note how the pose doesn’t change.

Expected result: The copper golem statue changes poses when right-clicking with items, unless the item has a different interaction with it.

Actual result: Copper golem statues can only be posed with an empty hand.
