Can’t log into my account properly, skins won’t load, and I can’t join servers for over 30 days

I’ve been dealing with this ridiculous issue for over 30 days now, and it’s honestly unacceptable. Most of the time I can’t even log into my account — the game just keeps loading forever and nothing happens. On the rare moments when I actually manage to get in, my skin won’t load, it stays stuck on the default or invisible, and I can’t join ANY servers or play with friends at all.

This isn’t just a small bug — it’s basically making the game unplayable. I’ve tried everything: reinstalling the game, clearing cache and data, switching networks, logging out and back in with my Microsoft account — absolutely nothing works.

I paid for this game and I expect it to function. It’s absurd that this problem hasn’t been fixed yet. It’s clearly related to account authentication or server communication, and it’s been completely ignored. This situation is beyond frustrating, and I’m honestly tired of waiting.

Please fix this ASAP. I love Minecraft, but this level of service is embarrassing and honestly makes me regret ever installing the game again.
