Strange structures with nether blocks spawning/lava source blocks emitting smoke.

In seed 8952111526903362371, in the closest (or one of the closest) village to spawn there are structures that contain netherrack/lava but are not ruined portals, as they contain no obsidian/crying obsidian or chests. The lava source blocks of these structures emit smoke, like that from a campfire.
