The so below and chrysopoeia soundtracks will not play even when using the music and soundtrack commads

I don't know why those 2 music tracks wont play im in the biomes they r supposed to play in but they never play at all and its so boring just hearing the original music playing in the nether so many times ive already restarted my game multiple times i have no add-ons installed or anything an nothing is working
