Game crashes when mining any head or skull

Whenever I mine any head or skull block (player head, mob head, wither skeleton skull, etc.), the game immediately crashes to the home screen. This happens in both survival and creative mode. I tested it on multiple worlds and it occurs every time. Seems to happen with all types of heads/skulls. This is also occuring when my friends are mining them they are on a PS5 and a Android (I dont know what version of android)
