Skins arent uploading

When i import skins from my device it says that the format is wrong or the size of the image but its not. Skins that used to work, i dont know what version it did, dont work anymore. im unsure if it’s a device issue but i doubt it because this used to work. Ive tried uploading the SAME SKIN on a different device, same account and it worked, so it’s just laptops.

ive checked the device permissions but it just says the storage permissions are denied, but upon redownloading it never gave me the option to fix it, nor does it display the option in the normal settings.
