Villager instantly cured upon world reload after starting zombification healing process

While playing in Survival mode and working on a trading hall, I encountered an unexpected behavior involving the curing process of zombified villagers. After applying a splash potion of Weakness and a Golden Apple, I immediately saved and exited the game. Upon reloading the world, the zombified villager was already cured instantly, skipping the usual curing time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Survival mode, zombify a villager

2. Apply a splash potion of Weakness

3. Give the villager a Golden Apple

4. Immediately save and exit the game

5. Reload the world

Expected Result: The villager should remain in the curing process and take several minutes to fully recover.

Actual Result: Upon reloading, the villager is already cured without delay.
