Can't switch items while moving on iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS)

no matter what i try to do turn customize controls on or off or change screen safe area i cant fix it, i read online that the fix is to turn off customize control experimental settings but that does nothing , then someone else explained that the reason why this happens is because on the newer ios devices the screen bar interferes with the hotbar jn the game and whenever you move or sprint the hotbar hitbox changes and goes downward where the white iphone screen bar is located and becasue of that you cant switch items while running or just walking or even crouch walking . Please do a fix for this bug for the newer ios devices , you can play with shaders on newer high performance devices and all this crazy stuff but cant even play the game right, this bug make the game unplayable. EDIT: after messing around with some of the controls i figured out that this only happens when you use the D-pas & interact control scheme and not the other 2 with the joystick controls.
