Equipping a skin in the Marketplace does not show the skin in the world until world reload or character is reselected

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world

2. Open the pause menu and click on the “Browse Add-ons!” button

3. Search for a skin pack that you own

4. Equip a skin from the pack

5. Exit the Marketplace and unpause the game

Observed Results:

The newly equipped skin appears in the pause menu, but not in the world. To get the skin to appear in the world, you either have to reload the world or select a different character in the Dressing Room, unpause the game, and then reselect your previous character.

Expected Results:

The newly equipped skin should appear in both the pause menu and the world, just as it used to.
