Raw Iron Block Generated Naturally Underground (Vanilla, No Mods)

I found a "raw iron block" in survival mode in Minecraft Bedrock Edition. While this block would normally be obtained only in creative mode or through special commands, it randomly appeared on the map while I was in spectator mode, and I picked it up in survival mode. This seems to be against the game's expected mechanics and may be a bug.
