Some arrangements of banner duplication produce results, others do not
If the cells in the 2x2 crafting grid were indexed as:
[0, 1]
[2, 3]
The patterned banner must be in a lower numbered index to produce output.
E.g. If the patterned banner is in cell 2, the only viable spot to duplicate the banner is cell 3. Whereas if the patterned banner is in cell 0, all other cells produce output
Similarly, if the cells in the 3x3 crafting grid were indexed as:
[0, 1, 2]
[3, 4, 5]
[6, 7, 8]
The same rule applies. The patterned banner must be in a lower indexed cell
Please relax this constraint to be truly shapeless if possible
