When putting certain fences in certain graphics modes they are off center in the shelf

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn on vibrant visuals (bamboo fence) or fancy (cherry fence)

2. Put the respective fence in the shelf block slot

Observed Results:

They are not entirely in the slot

Expected Results:

They would be in the slot like the other fences
