Ender Dragon death animation loops with no XP and severe FPS drop in the End

Minecraft Bedrock Beta 1.21.100

After killing the Ender Dragon in the End dimension, the death animation plays, but no XP is dropped. The exit portal doesn't appears, and FPS drops severely (1–2 FPS). Even after duplicating the world and switching to Creative mode, the issue persists.

Using /kill @e does not fix the problem. Leaving the End and returning to the Overworld restores normal FPS. However, when re-entering the End, the Ender Dragon death animation plays again, with no XP drop, No exit portal and FPS drops back to 1–2.

The problem seems to be repeating indefinitely, as if the Ender Dragon’s death state is stuck in a loop.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Defeat the Ender Dragon in Beta 1.21.100.

2. Observe that the death animation plays but no XP is dropped.

3. Notice severe FPS drop in the End (1–2 FPS).

4. Leave the End — FPS returns to normal.

5. Return to the End — death animation plays again, FPS drops, no XP drops.

Expected Result:

After defeating the Ender Dragon, the death animation should play once, XP should drop, and the exit portal should function normally without causing FPS issues.

Actual Result:

Death animation repeats every time you enter the End, no XP drops, severe FPS drop, the exit portal doesn't appear and the dragon does not fully despawn or mark.
