Can't access online features

So I was playing minecraft a day before but after that day my minecraft can not connect to your servers the problem is not on my device I tried it with multiple devices but the problem is still same the realms isn't working cannot connect to servers , it has been a week the problem isn't solved , I have done everything that your support site have listed I even tried using vpn and changing my ip but nothing is working the same goes for other devices of mine can't connect to servers no realms no marketplace after deleting the cache old bedrock menu ui shows up when I go to servers it is showing all servers are offline even the featured ones
